Meet Jennifer

Hi there! My name is Jennifer Rogers, and I’m from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Right now in my relationship journey, I would say I’m in a season of intentional growth, healing, and alignment with God and His desire for my marriage to positively impact the Kingdom. Moreover, I’m allowing God to refine me, strengthen my discernment, and build me into the woman who can both recognize and sustain a healthy, God-centered relationship.

Before signing up for the Suddenly Coaching and Mentoring program, I thought I had already done the work on healing and overcoming any struggles that kept me stuck. My biggest skepticism was curiosity about what else I could possibly learn that I did not already know. However, all I knew was not all there was to know—through Dr. Em’s Suddenly cohort, the content was shared in such a way that helped to plant the seeds that continue to blossom today in expanding my relationship with God.

Listen…it has completely shifted. This experience is not surface-level at all—it’s very intentional, very spirit-led, and very practical.

Roy and Jennifer Rogers | Met, waited, and married within 9 months.

Dr. Em helped me connect the dots between my faith, my patterns, and my behaviors in a way that felt safe but also stretching. I’ve realized this isn’t just about relationships with others—it’s about wholeness within yourself and your commitment to God.

One major takeaway is that just because a man calls himself a “Christian / man of God,” it does not mean he is the man for you. Moreover, Dr. Em helped to change how I dated, how I set boundaries, and how I listen for God’s voice. I’m no longer leading with emotions first—I’m leading with wisdom and alignment.

Now, as a wife, I truly believe this program will continue to help me walk in clarity, confidence, and peace like never before. I no longer question who I am as a daughter of God. I am more rooted in my standards, more aligned with God’s timing, and more intentional about the connections that positively impact the Kingdom of God. Therefore, in the next 12 months, I expect to remain at peace in God—and that’s priceless.

If you are considering joining Suddenly, I would say if you feel a nudge, don’t ignore it. Growth requires obedience sometimes before it feels comfortable. You don’t have to have it all figured out—you just have to be willing. If you’re tired of cycles, confusion, and settling… this is an opportunity to do something different and finally get different results.

You are not behind.... God is not preparing you for something mediocre—He’s preparing you for something meaningful.
— Jennifer Rodgers

But preparation requires participation. Do the inner work. Trust God. And don’t be afraid to become the healed, whole version of yourself… because that version of you changes everything.  Lastly, believe what God says about you in His Word.

  • Deuteronomy 31:8 NIV “The Lord himself goes before you and will be with you; He will never leave you nor forsake you.”

  • Proverbs 3:5-6 NIV “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.”

  • Matthew 6:33 NIV: “But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.”
