Dr. Emily McKnight, lovingly known as Dr. Em, lives in North Texas with her devoted husband, three beautiful adult daughters, and one beloved son. With a Ph.D. in Family Studies and a Master’s degree in Psychology, she has conducted extensive research on sexual abstinence—including abstinence after sexual debut—and its perceived impact on romantic relationships and marriage, resulting in the first study to investigate the lived experience of successful abstinence until marriage.

In addition to her academic work, Dr. Em has recently launched transformational coaching programs designed for Christian singles to renew their minds, embrace purity, and prepare for healthy, godly relationships rooted in Kingdom principles. Her work blends research, biblical truth, and personal testimony to guide singles into alignment with God’s design for love, identity, and Kingdom relationships.

In this next chapter of her life, Dr. Em is becoming a leading authority and faith-based mentor in the areas of romantic relationships, purity, and divine alignment—walking alongside others as they break free from bondage and return to God’s original design for love, wholeness, and beautiful sex within the covenant of Kingdom marriage. In business and in life, Emily’s motto is, “I am here for you.” Because she is.
